Fifty-five-year-old Tony Skipper was arrested on Monday on charges of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, Indecency with a Child and Sexual Contact.
According to an incident report obtained by EverythingLubbock.com on Wednesday afternoon, Lubbock Police were first made aware of the incident in December 2024 between Skipper and an underage girl close to him. The victim advised officers that it occurred right before they moved out of his house, and there had been multiple occurrences since 2017 where Skipper would “pull her pants down and look at her,” according to the report.
The juvenile victim also advised officers that when she was in elementary school, Skipper would ask her to lie down with him and commit lewd acts on her. Also, according to the report, Skipper would have the TV on to distract the victim from the inappropriate sexual acts he would subject her to.
As of Wednesday afternoon, Skipper was in holding at the Lubbock County Detention Center with a bond totaling $150,000.
