37-year-old Andrew Burdett Moore was federally indicted for Possession or Promotion of Child Pornography, court records obtained on Thursday stated.
Moore was arrested in February for a 1st degree felony charge of Possession or Promotion of Child Pornography with the intent to Distribute.
Lamesa PD officers executed an arrest warrant on Moore. Following Moore’s arrest, the SWAT Team assisted detectives to execute a search warrant on his residence located at 1503 County Road 14.
The Lubbock Texas Anti-Gang Unit (TAG) assisted due to Moore’s affiliations with the Bandido Motorcycle Club, the press release said. During the search, multiple weapons, gang memorabilia and electronics were seized.
