Winston Jeffs, 34, agreed to plead guilty on Tuesday for crimes related to charges of Receipt and Distribution of Child Pornography.

From November 24 to February 2025, a social media company provided three cybertips to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). The company reported that their platform was being used to distribute child sexual abuse material.

Federal court documents stated a social media company reported that on or about November 5, 2024 an individual used different usernames to post the content.

On or about January 7, 2025 an individual on the same social media platform uploaded three videos and one image of child sexual abuse material.

On April 15, 2025, the FBI executed a search warrant on Jeff’s residence in New Home, Texas. During the search agents seized Jeffselectronic devices including an Apple iPhone 15 Pro model and a Dell laptop.

Jeffs admitted to viewing videos of child sexual abuse material on the social media site and that he had been offered to purchase videos of child sexual abuse material through the site. Jeffs admitted he occasionally forwarded those images to other users.

Jeffs faces five to 20 years in prison.
