Thirty-six-year-old Dustin Arnold was arrested on Saturday by the Lubbock Police Department on charges of Indecency with a Child.
According to an affidavit obtained by EverythingLubbock.com on Tuesday, the incident was first reported to the Lubbock Police Department on June 5, 2025, and the abuse was alleged to have occurred in Lubbock between 2020 and 2023.
On July 7, 2025, officers conducted a forensic interview with the juvenile, and during the interview, she provided detailed information regarding the abuse by Arnold. Investigators approached Arnold to request a voluntary polygraph, but he declined and did not attend a scheduled meeting with them.
Arnold is currently still in the Lubbock County Detention Center on a bond of $75,000.
