Dustin Arnold, 36, was arrested Saturday on charges of Indecency with a Child, after a juvenile told investigators he abused her between 2020 and 2023. The case was reported earlier this year, and during a July forensic interview, the victim gave police detailed accounts of the abuse.
When investigators asked Arnold to take a polygraph, he pulled the classic “thanks but no thanks” move and then skipped out on a scheduled meeting altogether. Not exactly the behavior of someone with nothing to hide.
Arnold is now sitting in the Lubbock County Detention Center with a bond set at $75,000.
Three years of abuse allegations, a skipped polygraph, and a jail cell—hard to imagine why this guy wasn’t so eager to meet with police.
