Jason Trinidad, 22, has pleaded guilty to sexual assault of a child and was sentenced Wednesday to 35 years in prison without parole after admitting to sexually abusing a 5-year-old girl in 2024.
An affidavit revealed that police were called in reference to a sexual assault of a child. The victim made outcries that Trinidad had sexually assaulted her.
Trinidad later stated that he didn’t want to “f*** up his military career”.
