Winston Jeffs, 34, was indicted for federal charges, according to federal court documents obtained by EverythingLubbock.com on Monday.
According to federal court documents, Jeffs was charged with Receipt and Distribution of Child Pornography. Additionally, he is charged with possession of sexual content involving a prepubescent minor.
Jeffs was set to appear before a US judge on July 16 in Lubbock.
