Forty-two-year-old Gustavo Jimenez was arrested Monday on charges of Indecency with a Child from an incident that occurred in March.
According to the affidavit obtained by EverythingLubbock.com on Thursday, a juvenile known to Jimenez explained to police officers she was lying on her bed in her bedroom. At this time, Jimenez entered her bedroom and lay down next to her in her bed. Jimenez then forced himself on the juvenile, forcibly touching her inappropriately, the affidavit said.
As of Thursday afternoon, Jimenez was being held at the Lubbock County Detention Center with a $150,000 bond.
