Measles outbreak: 742 cases reported across the South Plains

In the latest measles outbreak update, the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) said 742 cases have been confirmed.

As of Friday morning, Lubbock County had 53 confirmed measles cases.

Gaines County had 411 cases.
