The Texas Anti-Gang Center rolled up on a house in the 500 block of 37th Street and turned it into an episode of Breaking Bad: Hub City Edition. Four adults were arrested, thousands in cash was seized, and the list of drugs found could stock a discount pharmacy: weed, K2, THC, Adderall, hydrocodone, and a few sad Tramadols for good measure.
Brothers Tyree and Aaron Fulcher were each slapped with a laundry list of possession and intent-to-distribute charges, plus money laundering. Victor Terrell joined the party with the same lineup, while also earning bonus points for unpaid traffic tickets. And then there’s Jerry Hernandez, who somehow mixed in child endangerment charges with his stash, proving that some people just don’t know when to stop.
In total, cops hauled off $22,500 in cash—because apparently nobody’s heard of Venmo in the local drug trade.
If Lubbock’s anti-gang unit keeps raiding houses like this, pretty soon 37th Street is going to need its own season of COPS.
